How do I register?

Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration on Farmart is absolutely free.
How do I add or remove products?
Products are added by simply clicking on “add to cart” below every product and you cancel products by going to cart and delete them by clicking on the red icon beside the product.
Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Farmart?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration. Registration is optional since customers can shop and order as guests however; registered customers have several rewards from Farmart such as coupons, newsletters, special promotions etc

What are the modes of payment?
We currently accept cash on delivery and mobile money payments (All Mobile Money payments such as Tigo Cash, MTN mobile money, Airtel money and Vodafone Cash)
What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you pay for your order at the time of delivery at your doorstep.
When will I receive my order?
We make deliveries within five (5) hours on the day of order if order is made before 12pm. Orders made after 12pm will be delivered the next day.
Once an order is made, you will receive a confirmation email and will also be contacted immediately on phone by a well trained personal shopper to also confirm when and where to deliver. We will also contact you on the journey of delivery to inform you of our arrival.
How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?
Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand picked, hand cleaned and hand packed in beautiful hand bags. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.
How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated team of well trained delivery personnel that ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
Do you accept return of deliveries?
Yes we do accept returns and reimbursements. Your order will be replaced or you will be reimbursed should need be.
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for first order above GHc100. For any order after that we charge GHc20, GHc25 and GHc30 for deliveries to Accra, Kasoa and Tema respectively. We charge GHc35 outside Accra, Kasoa and Tema.
Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver to all parts of Accra, Kasoa and Tema on the same day. Next day delivery also available Nationwide.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order but we charge a nominal delivery fee of GHc20, GHc25 and GHc30 for deliveries to Accra, Kasoa and Tema respectively. We charge GHc35 outside Accra, Kasoa and Tema.

How do I sell on Farmart?

How do you pay for my produce?
We pay for the produce every time we source them from a farmer.
When will you be coming for the fresh farm produce?
Once you have been approved as a supplier after our farm visits, we will be coming everyday to source for the produce once an order is made for the crops you grow.

How do I sell my locally packaged products on Farmart Ghana?
You may visit the vendor registration page to register to sell on Farmart Ghana.
How do I upload my products on Farmart Ghana?
Once your account has been approved, you will have access to your own online store where you can upload your products and update it with other company details.
Do I pay for the registration to sell online?
Registration is absolutely free.
Do I pay for selling my locally packaged products online?
Selling for the first month is absolutely free. However, we charge a commission of 5% on every sale of your products.
How do I know when an order is made?
You will be notified via email anytime an order is placed.
How do I receive payments of my products?
Payments will be made via mobile money anytime an order is placed.
What type of products can I sell online?
We only allow sales of locally packaged foods that use locally sourced farm products and inputs and have been approved by the FOOD AND DRUGS AUTHORITY.
